Key Responsibilities
- Processing GRN and Accounts Payable invoices through SAGE.
- Valuation of stocks including WIP on monthly basis.
- Managing Stock Purchases and stock returns.
- Preparing stock sheets and taking lead in stock take
- Perform stock reconciliation on physical against system values and quantities.
- Facilitation of audits.
- Preparation of monthly accounts schedules for management Accounts.
- Processing stock issue and material requisition through SAGE for factory production unit.
- Any other related duties assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting.
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
- At least 3 years’ working experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Team player.
