Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute roaming and interconnect strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Negotiate and manage roaming and interconnect agreements with local and international operators.
- Identify and onboard new roaming partners to expand Airtel Malawi’s global network reach.
- Ensure timely implementation of roaming and interconnect connectivity and billing arrangements.
- Develop and manage roaming and international calling products for prepaid and postpaid customers.
- Design innovative pricing models, bundles, and promotions to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research, business case development, and profitability analysis for new initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and implement optimization initiatives to improve revenue and customer experience.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies and campaigns for roaming and international calling products.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technology, and Customer Experience teams to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecom products, pricing, billing systems, and market dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
