CCAP Nkhoma Synod Health Department is the health arm of the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian (CCAP) Nkhoma Synod, operating exclusively within Malawi. It manages a network of mission hospitals, health centres, and community outreach programmes primarily in Lilongwe, Dowa, and Ntcheu districts. The department delivers integrated primary healthcare—including maternal and child health, HIV/TB treatment, and malaria prevention—under Malawi’s national health policies and in partnership with the Ministry of Health. Its facilities serve rural and peri-urban populations in central Malawi, with Nkhoma Hospital serving as its flagship referral site.
