Overview: Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will play a critical role in delivering telecommunications infrastructure and capital projects across Malawi, ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion. You will lead the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and closure of projects while ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and time requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

Requirements
- A Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex engineering, telecommunications, energy, civil, oil & gas, or capital projects.
- Demonstrated experience successfully planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, contractors, and geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and project controls.
- Experience working in remote environments and challenging operational locations.
- Experience within telecommunications, infrastructure, engineering, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Experience working within large or publicly listed organizations is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Professional Project Management Certification such as PMI, IPMP, CIPM, or equivalent is preferred.
- Registration with the Malawi Institution of Engineers (MIE) is mandatory.
