Key Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate hospitality and customer service to all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the cottage and work areas.
- Plan daily menus and prepare and serve meals per guests’ requirements
- Monitor and forward restock lists as required
- Report any required maintenance or repairs in a timely manner
- Ensure the cottage is maintained to established security standards for the safety of all guests.
- Oversee cottage junior staff work schedules and ensure all duties are performed to standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must have Malawi School Certificate of Education
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Industry
- A minimum of three years’ experience in similar environment.
- Should be a team player
- Should be neat and of sober habit with good interpersonal skills
- Be prepared to work odd hours
