A Bachelor's degree is often preferred for senior roles, and proficiency in MS Office is essential. Previous experience in government or NGO settings strengthens your application.

What are the typical day-to-day responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant in Malawian government or NGO offices?

You will manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain filing systems, and coordinate logistics for workshops and field visits.
