  • University Degree in commerce and accounting (B.Com), Business Administration (B.BA/ Banking) or related discipline
  • At least 5 Years work experience in a recognized Microfinance institution or commercial bank with at least 1 year’s experience at Manager/ Supervisor level
  • Managing average size team, good leadership, well developed ability to manage, coach, mentor and motivate staff
  • A sound knowledge of micro finance, principles of banking, and basic management, credit analytical and financial management skills
