Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process cash, Cheque and other customer payments.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Prepare Daily Cash reconciliations and reports.
- Prepare bank deposits and process petty cash and Cheque disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and internal controls.
Requirements
- MSCE or equivalent with good passes in English and Mathematics.
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cashiering, finance, customer service or a related role.
- Knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with the EIS system, including processing statutory returns, will be an added advantage.
