Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality meals in accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure food is prepared hygienically and in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
- Develop and implement menu items in consultation with management.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of kitchen resources.
- Supervise and work effectively with other kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
- Proven 5 year experience working as a Chef in a hotel.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable, disciplined, and professional.
- Applicants must reside within surrounding areas of Woodlands Hotel & Resort or City Center to ensure ease of reporting for duty and operational efficiency.
