- A postgraduate qualification in Risk Management, Business Administration, Governance,Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years relevant experience designing risk management, governance, or internal control frameworks, preferably for NGOs, development programmes, or the agricultural sector.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, safeguarding, financial management, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework, or equivalent standards.
