You would typically receive visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, handle mail, and maintain the reception area. You may also support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and assisting staff with basic office requests. In a regulatory body like PCB, you may also guide clients on where to direct pesticide-related enquiries.
