Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver practical training in computer literacy, including keyboard skills, file management, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet navigation.
  • Introduce learners to cloud-based tools and digital productivity platforms where appropriate.
  • Deliver lessons using participatory and learner-centred teaching methods.
  • Adapt training approaches to accommodate learners with different levels of digital experience.
  • Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Mentor learners and build their confidence in using digital technologies.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus two teaching subjects.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chichewa.
