Parastatals typically emphasize formal hierarchy, adherence to government procedures, and thorough documentation of all work. Specific packages vary by employer and are negotiated during the appointment process.

How should I apply for a Network Engineer role, and what do Malawian employers prioritize in candidates?

Submit applications through advertised channels in newspapers like The Nation or Daily Times, or via official employer portals, ensuring all academic certificates are certified. Employers prioritize demonstrated hands-on experience, problem-solving ability, and references from previous supervisors.
