Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming supplies, materials, and equipment
- Issuing store items to authorised departments and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and security of the stores area.
- Monitoring stock levels and preparing reports to facilitate timely replenishment.
- Conducting regular stock checks and participating in stock-taking exercises.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, both manual and electronic.
- Ensuring the proper storage, handling, and preservation of supplies and equipment.
- Verifying deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and other supporting documentation.
- Reporting damaged, expired, missing, or obsolete stock and recommending appropriate corrective action.

Requirements
- Be between 25 and 40 years of age.

- Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in stores management, inventory control, procurement, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a school or institutional environment will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational, record-keeping, and inventory management skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
