OVERALL OBJECTIVE
To analyse, document, and translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications that guide the development, integration, and enhancement of ICT systems, while ensuring that implemented solutions meet approved business requirements, functional specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Producing detailed functional specifications, use-case documents and process-flow diagrams for assigned modules.
- Conducting requirement workshops with business analysts and translating outputs into technical artefacts.
- Maintaining and update the requirements traceability matrix for assigned modules.
- Supporting sprint planning by providing technical requirement clarifications to development teams.
- Assisting in integration mapping between modules and with external systems.
- Participating in QA reviews to validate that implemented features match agreed specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years’ experience in systems or business analysis.
- Experience producing functional specifications, use cases and process-flow diagrams.
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM delivery and requirements traceability is an advantage.
