Job Summary
The College Registrar shall be responsible for managing all academic records and administrative processes of the ASF College of Accountancy. The Registrar will ensure the efficient administration of student admissions, registration, examinations, academic records, graduation processes, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage student admissions, registration, and academic records.
- Coordinate examinations and maintain examination records.
- Prepare academic calendars, timetables, and graduation documentation.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of student files and transcripts.
- Coordinate student enrolment and progression.
- Provide administrative support to academic staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant higher education regulations and institutional policies.
- Prepare reports related to student enrolment, examinations, and academic performance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Records Management, or a related field plus UCE.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in academic administration or registry services within a tertiary institution.
- Excellent organizational and record management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
