The Headmaster role typically requires extensive teaching experience, leadership qualifications, and often a master's degree in educational management from accredited institutions. What is the best way to apply for these positions at Rayyan Academy, and what do Malawian employers typically look for in candidates?

Submitting a well-structured CV and cover letter outlining your relevant experience and how you meet the job requirements is crucial. Malawian employers often value practical experience, a strong work ethic, and evidence of commitment to student development, alongside academic qualifications. Highlighting any experience working with diverse student populations or in similar educational settings in Malawi can also be a significant advantage.
