Site-based roles often involve managing local recruitment, resolving worker grievances, and coordinating with project managers on staffing needs. You may also administer benefits and support health and safety compliance.

How does workplace culture in Malawi affect HR practices?

Malawian work culture emphasizes respect for hierarchy and relationship-building, so effective HR officers invest time in personal rapport with employees.
