Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests professionally and assist with seating
- Present menus, explain items, daily specials, and promotions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly
- Serve food and drinks promptly and according to hotel standards
- Check service quality and address guest concerns immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas before, during, and after service
- Process guest bills accurately and handle cash, card, or room charges
- Observe hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff

Requirements
