Candidates usually need 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior management. Membership in the Malawi Institute of Management or similar professional bodies strengthens your application.

What are the typical day-to-day responsibilities of a Director of HR and Organizational Development at MRA?

You will oversee strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management systems for hundreds of employees across Malawi. Daily activities include advising senior leadership on labor matters, managing industrial relations with trade unions, and driving organizational change initiatives.
